Terrence Stevens is a filmmaker and creative director with a background in television at Newshub and extensive experience in real estate media. Since 2021, he has worked on hundreds of properties across New Zealand, from mansions to family homes, producing photography, video, drone, and floor plans that agents trust.
What makes Terrence different is his eye for detail and his commitment to going above and beyond for his clients. Known for being reliable, genuine, and easy to work with, he brings both professionalism and care to every project. In 2025, he founded Seventh Hour to continue that standard, creating content that looks world-class and delivers results clients can depend on.
